It all started when…
I first picked up my mother’s camera. She had a passion for the art and a “big” camera, as I called it. She took photos of us growing up and was able to explain to me that pictures meant the world to her. She had bins of printed pictures, pictures on our walls, and pictures in albums all over our house. They were visual memories and I grew passionate about creating my own.
Fast forward to high school when I first started taking pictures of friends and family members. I truly knew I had found what I was gifted in, but couldn’t figure out how to balance that with my identity of being an athlete.
After really figuring out who I was at my core and understanding the balance that my life had become, I decided to pursue this photography thing with more of my time and more of my heart.
Now I have the incredible opportunity of taking pictures full time. I do most of my work with natural light and thrive in candid, documentary-style session photography.
Being able to capture the biggest smiles and the sweetest moments bring my life an enormous amount of joy.
What does this mean for you?
I’m glad you asked! It means that I want to tell your story in the most authentic way possible. I want to deliver your images in a way that is unique to who you are. I’m passionate about our time together being fun and freeing. That means that our time together will be spent getting to know one another and then sharing in that intimacy and vulnerability. I do everything I can to make that experience your reality.
